As of Dec '08 this site has undergone a redesign.
Instead of visitors having to trawl through every heading to see if an update has been added, I've amalgamated most of my longstanding comments under the heading 'Comments' - leaving the other headings available for topical issues - each with date of insertion.
Hope this is more user-friendly - and keep monitoring what your elected representatives are up to!
